the hummingbird tree

1882

the hummingbird tree has nought to offer, but a total eclipse of the moon..; the scudding clouds, the painted crowds.. a many faced loon !

Eager-edgar, is soon to falter, and the fool will have her sway.., as employment : slowly dwindles, and the blacklegs have their day !

the chandeliers, of daisies, all gust, in a half-closed door, as monumental pansies.. establish hardship's laws!

and half-gargantuan feasting, remains of a chainsaw's brew... Polite, in conversation, but a kiss.. that's never through !

four-four, and twenty virgins.. as i crouch, neath frosted stair.. a conversation with the moon, my darling, whenever you're not there !! xxx
